Natalie's Clutch

I was asked to make a “Wedding” clutch from a wedding/cocktail dress and a Lady Gaga T-shirt. At first I planned to use the T-shirt just as the bag’s lining, but the customer wanted it be featured on the front flap — after all, it was her favorite T-shirt! I repurposed the dress lining to create delicate lace panels, a rosette, the bag lining, and an inside pocket. The finished clutch also includes four interchangeable silver metal straps for different looks.
