When making plush animals, I use glue sticks to secure muslin to the fur pelt and keep my templates in place. I go through a lot of glue sticks, but there is always some glue left at the bottom. I scoop out the remaining glue and transfer it into a new container, adding the leftovers from each small stick to a larger one. It is surprising how quickly it adds up. The savings may be small, but every bit helps—and it is a simple way to reduce waste and support sustainability.
